چکیده
To elucidate the molecular mechanism underlying high metastasis rate of brain for non-small cell lung cancer patients and to establish a comprehensive differential gene profile metastasis. The differentially expressed genes were systematically investigated. enriched biological processes signaling pathways explored. protein-protein interaction network was constructed. Compared with primary cancer, demonstrated 352 majority as down-regulated ones (342) 10 up-regulated ones. Meanwhile, C-C motif chemokine ligand 21, 19, deleted in malignant tumors 1 gene, tryptase alpha/beta 1, lactotransferrin, complement component 4 binding protein alpha, 14, C-X-C 9, cluster differentiation 79A well membrane spanning 4-domains A1 significant (all down-regulated). including 19 played pivotal role cytokines 21 their closely associated receptors, receptor 7 could be detected expression levels line (A549). Inhibition using small interfering ribonucleic acid obviously repressed invasion but not proliferation apoptosis. procedure independent micro lethal-7a regulation. This study hypothesized an innovative axis (C-C 21/C-C 19-C-C 7) provided beneficial strategy better understanding metastases clinic.

Background: Lung cancer is the most common cause of cancer death worldwide with an annual mortality rate of more than 1.3 million worldwide. We aimed to analyze the clinicopathological features of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in west of Iran. Methods: 64 patients with NSCLC who referred to our clinic were analyzed. Sex, age, histopathology, location of the tumor, treatment,...

متن کاملNon-small Cell Lung Cancer Initially Presenting with Intracardiac Metastasis
Intracardiac metastasis as the initial presentation of malignant neoplasm is very rare. We report here on a 64-year-old man with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) initially presenting with intracardiac metastasis which was identified with 18-F fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG PET). The patient was admitted with complaints of exertional dyspnea and vague chest discomfort tha...
